Part I of the Congress – with the participation of the delegates of the APISLAVIA Federation members and the invited guests

wednesday 19th September

Arrival of the delegates – 2-person delegations – Representatives of the Unions of Apislavia Members (costs of the stay are covered by the Polish Association of Beekeepers) and invited guests from the unions of the EU member states (about 122 persons). Accommodation – Piotrowice Hotel (4 km from Pszczela Wola) The apiarian exhibition will be open from Friday, 21st September, from 2.00 p.m.; on Saturday, 22nd September from 9.00 a.m. until nightfall (5.00 p.m.); on Sunday, 23rd September, from 9.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. IT OPENS THE 30th NATIONAL BEEKEEPERS' DAYS Tours for foreign and national groups will be organised by Pszczela Wola on 21st and 22nd September, depending on registrations.

Lecture theatre of the Medical University in Lublin with the sole participation of the delegates of the APISLAVIA Federation members, the invited guests and doctors European Apitherapy Forum - honey and other bee products as permanent elements of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union The Forum will be held in the English. Topics and presentations: professor R. Czarnecki: “Propolis”, professor B. Kędzia: “Application of bee milk at the initial stages of therapy”, A. Kapliński, PhD: “Pollen and bee bread in the reproduction medicine and dietetics”, J. Giza, PhD: “Bee venom” Lecture will be held by the President of APIMONDIA - Gilles Ratia and those apitherapists who will declare their participation in the Forum

Part II of the Congress – with the participation of all the beekeepers and supporters of beekeeping, as well as the delegates of the APISLAVIA Federation members and the invited guests

from 2.00 p.m.	Opening of the 30th National Beekeepers’ Days and an exhibition at the school stadium in Pszczela Wola (beekeeping equipment, hobbyists, literature, apiarian products, wax accessories) Trips for volunteers to: Research Institute of Horticulture, Beekeeping Division in Puławy Końskowola Lublin "APIS" Apiculture Cooperative apiaries selected by Pszczela Wola (All applicants registered in Pszczela Wola may participate)
2.00 p.m.	Selection of the best producers in the following categories: meads up to 18% vol, honey-based alcoholic beverages above 18% vol, honey beers, best label on honey, multi-flower honey, single-flower honeys, beekeeping publications, wax products
6.00 - 9.00 p.m.	Dinner in Piotrowice for the delegates to the Congress and foreign guests, representatives of apiarian firms and enterprises participating in the costs as well as presidents of the Provincial and Regional Associations of Apiarists

1.45 - 3.00 p.m.	Congress deliberations with the sole participation of the delegates of the APISLAVIA Federation members and the invited guests adoption of the resolution, election of the members of the Apislavia’s governing bodies, selection of the venue of the 20th Congress
2.15 p.m.	Speech on the quality of sugar, feedstuff and syrups with the participation of all the beekeepers and supporters of beekeeping, as well as the delegates of the APISLAVIA Federation members and the invited guests
3.00 - 3.50 p.m.	Speech of Peter Maske, President of the German Beekeepers Association, held in the gym of the Secondary Beekeeping School
