This incredibly rare certified organic honey is made from wildflower blossoms in the mountain and valley meadows of the Gangotri region of the Indian Himalayas.  This pristine landscape has been untouched by commercial agriculture and pesticides, and GMOs are unknown, resulting in a pure landscape and delicious, organic, pristine honey.  This rare white wildflower honey is fairly traded, and supports the indigenous people of this remote region of India.  The local honey collectors harvest this honey using innovate sustainable methods that help preserve the forest ecosystem and its rich biodiversity. 

Certified Organic by Ecocert in accordance with USDA requirements.
