Pintura de una abeja. Martin Bridge

"I am still swimming in the sea of deep appreciation for this amazing painting by Martin Bridge who came to my attention through Bhramari Devi Dasi and Aalyvyne Weaverwood (thank you both so much).
It is the essence of Holy Bee unlike any other I have seen.
Martin shares this back story with me about this particular work: “I was commissioned to do a piece for a friend who is a beekeeper when I was already considering her as my subject for the Unifier Festival where Starhawk was one of the featured presenters. After a first iteration executed through that one weekend, I had enough feedback that had me wanting to re-address the same composition. As I was finishing this piece I actually used Beeswax given to me by the CoSM (Chapel of Sacred Mirrors) beekeepers.”
